About Us
The Deoghar Campus of Birla Institute of Technology was established in 2007 as a joint venture of Government of Jharkhand and Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. The institute is situated in Deoghar at a distance of 1.5-2.0 Km from Jasidih station. Deoghar is an Important pilgrimage city of Jharkhand and is known for one of the twelve Jyotirlingas - Baijnath Dham. The city boasts of the first AIIMS in Jharkhand and is well connected by Road, Rail and Air.
