About Us
Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Bhopal was established in 2017 by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, on a not-for-profit Public-Private Partnership (N-PPP) basis. The accolades for its establishment are shared by the Ministry of Education (50%), Government of Madhya Pradesh (35%), and Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (15%).\n\nCurrently operating from the Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal campus, the institute benefits from the mentorship and infrastructure of a National Institute of Technology. A permanent campus on 60 acres of land in Bhopal is in the development phase.
