About Us
Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota (IIIT Kota) was established in 2013 as a joint venture between the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, and the Government of Rajasthan under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Industry partners include Cairn India, Vakrangee Softwares, Genpact, and NEI Ltd.\n\nInitially mentored by MNIT Jaipur, the institute shifted to its permanent campus in Ranpur, Kota, in August 2023. Since August 2024, all academic activities are conducted from this fully operational permanent campus, which features modern hostels, academic blocks, and state-of-the-art laboratories.
