About Us
Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat (IIIT Surat) is an Institute of National Importance established in PPP mode by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, Gujarat Government, and industry partners (GNFC, Gujarat Gas, GIL). Since 2022, it operates from its own 28.71-acre campus in Kholvad, Surat.
