Maternal and child care services
The Maternal Care application covers the entire gamut of services that a woman receives from the time she conceives till about 42 days post-delivery. These services include
- Registration and Past Obstetric History
- 4 / 6 Ante Natal Checks (ANCs) with information on Weight, Haemoglobin, Blood Pressure, Sugar, Urine Test, TT Injection, folic acid etc.
- Emergency / Routine Home Visits by the Health Workers and Referrals
- Delivery details, Outcome of Pregnancy & Counselling - Birth times, birth weight, birth defects, any complications
- 6 / 7 Home based newborn Care (HBNC) visits - monitoring of vital parameters of mother and newborn
